DIRECTIONS TO EASTERN REGION CONTEST

DIRECTIONS FROM SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

1.   Get on Rt. 58 heading east toward Franklin, VA

2. When you reach the intersection of Rt. 58 Business that runs into Rt. 58 By-Pass, stay on Rt. 58 By-Pass to go around Franklin.

3. When you get to the intersection of Rt. 671 (General Thomas Hwy) turn right.

4. Go to next road to right and turn right on to Rose Valley Road, Rt. 688.

5. You will come to another intersection, Rt. 687 (Delaware Rd.) make a left and then a quick right on to Newmarket Rd., Rt. 688.

6. Fairgrounds will be on your left.

7. Signs will be posted from intersection of 671 and Rt. 58 By-Pass to fairgrounds.

DIRECTIONS FROM SUFFOLK AND SOUTH HAMPTON ROADS

1. Get on Rt. 58 heading west toward Franklin.

2. Take Rt. 58 By-Pass around Franklin.

3. When you get to the intersection of Rt.  671 (General Thomas Hwy), turn left.

4. Go to next road to right and turn right on to Rose Valley Road, Rt. 688.

5. You will come to another intersection, Rt. 687 (Delaware Rd.) make a left and then a quick right on to Newmarket Rd., Rt. 688.

6. Fairgrounds will be on your left.

7. Signs will be posted from intersection of 671 and Rt. 58 By-Pass to fairgrounds.

DIRECTIONS FROM RICHMOND, NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND CHARLOTTESVILLE AREA

1. Get on I-95 South until you reach Rt. 58 exit.

2. Take Rt. 58, east toward Franklin.

3. When you reach the intersection of Rt. 58 Business that runs into Rt. 58 By-Pass, stay on Rt. 58 By-Pass to go around Franklin.

4. When you get to the intersection of Rt. 671 (General Thomas Hwy) turn right.

5. Go to next road to right and turn right on to Rose Valley Road, Rt. 688.

6. You will come to another intersection, Rt. 687 (Delaware Rd.) make a left and then a quick right on to Newmarket Rd., Rt. 688.

7. Fairgrounds will be on your left.

8. Signs will be posted from intersection of 671 and Rt. 58 By-Pass to fairgrounds.

DIRECTIONS FROM VIRGINIA PENINSULA, MIDDLE PENINSULA AND EAST VIRGINIA

1. Take I-64 East toward Norfolk.

2. In Hampton before crossing Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel exit right on to I-664 toward Chesapeake, Bowers Hill.

3. Cross Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel.

4. Exit on to Rt. 58 West off of I-664 headed to Franklin.

5. Take Rt. 58 By-Pass around Franklin.

6. When you get to the intersection of Rt.  671 (General Thomas Hwy), turn left.

7. Go to next road to right and turn right on to Rose Valley Road, Rt. 688.

8. You will come to another intersection, Rt. 687 (Delaware Rd.) make a left and then a quick right on to Newmarket Rd., Rt. 688.

9. Fairgrounds will be on your left.
